About Us

Company Profile

We started the business because for decades of living in Wewak, Papua New Guinea, we cannot help but notice how hard it is for everyone to have a clean drinkable water supply. The sole purpose of DB Deep Well Water Drilling is to have a permanent clean water supply for the people and for their future children as well.

Safe and readily available water is important for public health, whether it is used for drinking, domestic use, food production or recreational purposes. Improved water supply and sanitation, and better management of water resources, can boost countries’ economic growth and can contribute greatly to poverty reduction.

The business name is literally the service that we provide to have a clear information of what we do.

Mission

To provide one of the valuable needs of humanity, water. Without any doubt and worry for consuming what is readily available within their household.

History

DB Deep Well Water Drilling was created by Eugene Barredo in 2017 primarily to provide water in villages that have a difficulty getting water for general purposes. People have been drinking rain water during monsoon season and from rivers that are too far from their houses and villages.

The company currently have 10 employees and plans to widen the business soon. We use manual digging method for the water wells and eyeing to have drilling rigs to utilize in the future.

We are successful in providing water to Passam National High Schoolin Wewak, and will focus on creating new projects for we know this will be substantial for everyone.

Summary

We would like to offer our services that would benefit one and all greatly by providing clean source of water. Our services will help many people, schools, houses to have a stable clean drinkable source of water, without worrying for dry season where to get water nor losing stocked water resources, or even becoming sick from consuming what is within their reach.

DB Deep Well Water Drilling will drill a borehole deep enough to reach a clean source of water.

We felt the duty of giving them the opportunity of obtaining water by all means and that includes our expertise.

Before starting the project, we will be in need to survey the land to come up with a plan for the borehole, including the location for the water tanks that will be used for the storage of the pumped water, and if required the setting up for electrical of the pump and other plumbing services during the process.

We will finish the digging of the well at approximately 10,000Ltrs/Hour water output using gen set and 3,000Ltrs using Solar energy, but it would depend on the geography and landscape of the area. There are times it is more or less than 10,000Ltrs/Hour water output which is also good for drinking and hopefully enough to supply requirements.
